How do I book a shuttle?
Book online through our website by entering your pickup location, destination, travel date, time and passenger details.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. For last-minute bookings, please contact us on info@shuttlebus.co.nz to check availability
Is my booking confirmed immediately?
Your booking remains pending until our team confirms your travel arrangements by email.
How can I pay?
You can pay online through our website. Please contact us if you require an alternative payment method.
Can I book a return trip?
Yes. Select the appropriate return option when booking and provide your return travel details.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Changes, cancellations and refunds are subject to our booking terms and conditions.
Private Shuttle Service
Is your shuttle shared or private?
All our shuttles are private and exclusive to you and your group. Enjoy a direct, comfortable journey without sharing with strangers, at a price close to a shared shuttle.
Will I have to share the shuttle with other passengers?
No. Your booking is exclusively for you and your group. We do not combine unrelated bookings.
Can I book for a group?
Yes. Enter the number of passengers when booking, and our team will confirm availability for your group.

Airport Transfers
Do you provide Auckland Airport transfers?
Yes. We provide private transfers to and from Auckland Airport's domestic and international terminals.
Do you pick up from homes and hotels?
Yes. We offer door to door service from residential addresses, hotels, ferry terminal, cruise terminal and other locations, subject to availability.
Do you provide A to B transfers?
Yes. We provide private A to B transfers. Please select the pickup and drop-off address to make your bookings.
Where will I meet my driver at the airport?
At Meet & Greet pick up point in the arrival hall. Please check your booking confirmation email before travelling.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Please inform us of any flight changes as soon as possible. Waiting charges may apply depending on your booking arrangements.
Do you offer airport meet-and-greet services?
Yes, Meet & Greet services are available at an extra charge.
Fares & Luggage
How much does a shuttle cost?
Enter your pickup and drop-off details on our website to check the fare for your journey.
Are there any additional charges?
Additional charges may apply for extra luggage, additional stops, Meet & Greet services, late-night transfers or public holidays. Please check the applicable charges before booking.
How much luggage can I bring?
Each passenger may bring one checked bag weighing up to 23 kg and one carry-on bag. Please let us know if you have additional luggage.
Can I bring oversized luggage?
Please inform us in advance if you are travelling with oversized items such as bicycles, surfboards or golf bags. Additional charges or vehicle restrictions may apply.
Special Transfers
Do you provide transfers outside Auckland?
Yes. You can request a quote for intercity transfers through our website. Our team will review your requirements and confirm availability and pricing.
Do you provide transport to the Vipassana centre?
Yes. We offer transfers between Auckland city and the Vipassana centre. Select the appropriate journey option when booking.
Can I book a one-way transfer?
Yes. One-way transfers are available for eligible routes. Select your required journey option when booking.
